We currently ship within the European Union only.
Shipping costsShipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are not included and are paid by the customer. Depending on the destination country and shipping provider, return shipping costs may be as much as 25 EUR.
Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times within the EU are 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak periods. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping location
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Germany.
As all orders are shipped within the EU:
No customs duties apply.
VAT is handled according to EU regulations.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available) via email.
Delays and issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruptions or peak periods. Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
